SIEB has been great. I held from 10 1/2 and blew it out at the close today. The valuation is a bit rich here IMO. With my profits, I bought National Discount Broker (NDB) at 26 5 minutes before the close. With 200+ million in revenue and a market cap of 350 million, it is much more attractive. If it had the same valuation as AMTD or EGRP, the stock would trade at about 120 today. Not bad. Good luck, but I think SIEB is ahead of itself and overvalued. the STUD!!

P.S. - I know some will yell at me, but I am just stating the facts!!

Takeover? Who would pay $700-800 million for a brokerage doing less that $30 million in revenues? You're not serious are you?

SIEB surged today in a sorry market.

Yeah, because it has a miniscule float. If the market goes down tomorrow, it'll follow in the other E-brokerage firm's footsteps.

The takeover rumors really spurring the action today. This buying frenzy will soon erupt to the point that... the price will no longer be affordable. The small float of shares out there can really spark SIEB to a higher level, possibly $50 in a few days.
