SIRC had an announcement in Dec,1998 about the complete testing of internet servce providing, they expected to put into full service in Jan,1999.

Is the Bell South deal related to their new Internet Service? Seems like it may be, as well as the land line telcom section. I think it has to figure in to future success for them. The buyers will be back. I see this stock has almost no short position. 20 k shares or so is all. I see it moving in the near term. :)
