armin i agree-everybody says we are in a bull mkt but its a nifty fifty rally of the top stocks. to put it in perspective-msft,ge,intc have bigger mkt value combined than the whole russell 2000 -which is the small cap index. armin-a small cap i have been buying and like is EIS CORP with the symbol of eisi on the nasdac. the company trades at 2.25 has 2.52 in cash with a book value of 4.25. the key is they lost 6 cents last quarter but was 800,000 dollers cash flow poisitive. their a software company that specializes in call centers. the company said they will be profitable for 1999. the high is 9 dollers and a couple year ago it was a 30 doller stock. the company has 10million share outstanding and has bought back 400,000 thousand shares so far in a million share buyback. i believe they hope to turn around their business-do about 25-40 mill in sales-. i believe if they don't see a pickup in their industry in 6 months they will sell the company for a minimum 5-7 dollers.
