James...they have proprietary content, programs and products for the mental health/abuse/disorder sector of the behavioral health industry....and in various ways they market and sell these programs/products. In their 10-k filed last Sept there is an excellent description of their products/programs, the markets they address and how they are penetrating those markets. It takes a few minutes to read but gives a thorough picture of the company. Revenue is modest thus far but growing... the 9mo results follow.

Proprietary content is valued at increasing rates for the cable/internet idustries due to ever increasing demand. This sector (mental health) in particular has rec'd growing public and private attention over the past few years for a variety of reasons.

So if you will read the 10-k I think it will better address your question...here are the 9mo results.

RNET provides information, interaction and support via TV, radio and interactive media services to persons affected by or
afflicted with alcoholism, drug and substance abuse, eating disorders, depression and a variety of behavioral and mental health
problems. For the three months ended 9/98, sales totalled $406 thousand, up from $28 thousand. Net loss rose 26% to $2.1
million. Revenues reflect increased domestic sales. Higher loss reflects higher salaries and consulting expenses.
