enginer, I certainly want to commend you for some rather tough and to-the-point questions. I am not certain that I am the most qualified to answer these questions re: ITKG, but I will give it a go. First, it is my understanding that any issue with IASCA and UWV (University of West Virginia) is unique to that arena. The present application of the new antenna system is unique to ITKG. The newest technology and direction of the antenna system has it's roots with ITKG and thus has taken on a new life and identity. To the best of my knowledge, ITKG is separate from any issue aforementioned. Second, the new CEO of ITKG is Mr. Bill Robinson. It is my belief that ITKG has taken on a new direction and has found several new applications for their technology. As a result of philosophical differences, changes were made. To help explain this change, I would relate this action to that of a major league football team changing managers in an effort to change their destiny. This activity is common in the business world and happens to the biggest and most well known companies. It is not necessarily bad or wrong, it is an action designed to "shake up" the team and bring fresh and new ideas to the drawing board. Clearly, Mr. Robinson is at the helm and (IMO) will bring ITKG to fruition. Lastly, a recent order from the Securities and Exchange Commission has directed all non reporting companies to report their financial condition by June of 1999. A grace period is in effect and after that time, those companies not in compliance will be moved to the "pink sheet" trading arena. ITKG is well aware of this order and has advised me that they are in the process of producing their financial records for filing. Time frame you now ask ? I am not able to give the specifics, however, I will predict that this company will be in full compliance with the SEC order. I would like to see their filing before June of this year. I hope some of this is helpful. Remember, I am only one individual who happens to believe in ITKG and their (our) future.
