KZAP, on TECD, just to add in the tech analysis part i neglected to mention: 1) you're right, the lowest lvl in 3 yrs 2) it broke it's 2 yr support of week of Apr 20, 1997 at 22 1/8 closing. However, on week of Apr 20/97 there was an intraday low of 19 3/4. Today it touched that intraday lvl of 19 3/4 but did not fall below. Somewhat of a good sign. 3) the sell off has been building up - stock was 40 a few weeks back, now 20 - the co is NOT going out of biz 4) resistance on way back up - your mention of 35 - i don;t see that level in the very short term upside - maybe to ~ mid/higher 20s short term downside - next support ~18 1/2 not bad for next support; thereafter support down to ~13 More upside than down, but if cracks the 18 1/2 support, it's good bye
