<<Clinton watch.>>
I've been thinking about it,
I accede this President will not be removed from office. What we now must achieve is an acceptable compromise. This should not be viewed as a loss, rather we must evaluate the correct political ends to rather than one, several problems. In all compromises as some things are given up some things should be gained without any ongoing fight.

Our wounded President is promising a great many treats to special interests in the new budget.
If he is to pay for this compromise, the ones with the greatest losses must the be gaining parties.
These should be what is to paid:(by & to whom)

1. There must be no more manipulation of the gold below the price of $340 after March 15.
2. The manipulated price of gold will be no less than $309 between February 1 & March 1.
3. Silver manipulation will stop today.
4. There will be no further "painting the Nasdaq S&P or DIJA tapes.
5. Rubin will step down. The appearance of impropriety alone is enough when he has worked for two of the manipulators
6. Gore must NOT run for President in 2000
7. The new private "Social Security" investments will not be limited to any group of approved investments or investment managers. These investments to be overseen and voted by the individual not the government or one of their "selected money managers".
a. Possible profit yielding Real Estate will be an acceptable investment(farms rentals...)
b. (All)commodities will be acceptable investments - including bullion to be stored at 0 cost by the Federal Reserve.
c. stocks, bonds, or funds will be acceptable investments
8. There must be no unconstitutional government activities over Y2k.
9. There will be no further firearm controls.
10. Clean background for all involved on both sides of recent problems
