Even the most compliant computer is still vulnerable to this problem. In addition to this renovation program, major improvements have been made to the software to make it simple to use. The new version will be simpler to load, use, and register. The company plans to launch the title with an initial run of television infomercials and a massive telemarketing and direct mail campaigns. Retailers such as J&R Electronics and DataVision have already made initial orders of the Millennium Bug Compliance Kit. Businesses are only now beginning to realize the potential havoc the Y2K problem will create. There are over 200 million PC's that are not compliant.
