You are absolutely correct about the lack of 'shooting at the recepient at the same time' and on another thread we actually had a week where that was practiced. However, on this thread, there are many old and rather deep wounds from just about everyone. That makes it far easier for 'return fire' to frequently appear as initial engagement. It would be greatly appreciated (at least from yours truly) if you would post whatever info you have on todays hearings. Were they continued again, or was some verdict rendered by the Judge? Hogger
