Buyer on the bid most of the day..
Looked to be large accumulator bidding for stock all day. My guess is this is the start of the move up into earnings. I would like to see more volume but the RS today was great. After weak morning, stock closes at or north of 3/4 tomorrow. Also, short interest took a large jump last month.... with some very strong numbers we could have some fun. Be long or you're wrong.

Karl,

Thanx for the feedback.

FWIW, my estimates for Q2 1999 are: $ 0.26 / $ 0.24 fully diluted on $ 26.5 million revenue.

I'm in accord with your estimated partnership contributions:

$ 0.01 ($ 250 k) from CMED
$ 0.03 ($ 825 k) from TAVA / R.W. Beck

Some other points to consider:

In Q1 we saw:

- BMY discounting of the 35 k d-base hits. (Once the $$ hit the max on the Master Consulting Agreement, remaining hits were steeply discounted... ( free??? ).

- Companies stopped Y2K activities due to budget constraints. IMO, we should see some acceleration here.

- Hiring. Headcount was behind TAVA's internal goals. Might see slightly higher costs (> $ 2 k / hire) this qtr.

Other variables:

- What @ the 100 SPP? $$ ??

- Too soon for contributions from Unisys and / or MEP License Revenue?

IAE, we'll find out in less than two weeks.
