E.M. Are u saying Flashnet.com could trade as high as $189? Pwcc thru 14 Hill owns 329,000 shares of flashnet. You're assuming $622,000 million market cap for flasnet.com. 14 Hill's owns 10% of flashnet assuming that they're not selling any and by the way they aren't saying whether they are or aren't yet. Market cap of 14 hill's 329,000 shares is 62,000,000. All in all flashnet has to be valued at $189 to equal your estimations. I think more conservative ipo price around $50 to $60. Flashnet at $50 is worth $5 to pwcc, throw that in with the cash and other businesses you have $15 stock.
