Greg, thanks 4 the heads up. I listened. I actually had a positive verbal experience, until the question time. Here's what I sent to ISIP:

I saw the press release this A. M. about the management change. It did not contain any reference to a conference call. Tonight I saw a notification on the Web site "Silicon Investor" pertaining to a conference call recording. I listened to the recording, and the (profoundly limited) question opportunity. 1 fund manager asked a non-question. I went back to check the release, and as I remembered, no conference call was announced. Apparently this call was for them "official" investment community only. There was no effectual opportunity for your private shareholders to participate at all.

The format may have been a very "safe " format. It was also elitist.

I have been a "long" shareholder, and have not traded my shares thru ups and downs (probably to my loss.) I've done a lot of Due Diligence and am well informed. I have posted lots of your releases on Silicon Investor, and discussed your clinical progress in a way that is overall favorable.

I would like to know why I totally left out of the opportunity to participate in this call. Please respond to this e-mail address. I and a number of individual investors would like to know why we were summarily excluded. Sincerely, Scott H. Davis, a loyal "long"

As a reference point, here is a post I left earlier today, which synchs fairly well with the text of your call

<< I'd be much more concerned if the #2 guy took a latteral move. Think about it. How
many assistant coaches with good, secure positions in good programs roll the dice when
a head coach position comes open, even at a lesser program? The guy had a shot at a
CEO and took it.
If ISIP has other departures, I'd also be concerned. Kinda like when multiple insiders
are selling material amounts of stock at about the same time. IMSCO Scott>>

Openly cross posted to the ISIP Silicon Investor thread

Note, after I posted, I saw a couple "typos" in what I sent to ISIP. This is normal for me. Due to poor memorization ability, I cannot touch type and therefore miss what I type. Miljenko makes a lot of errors in text, but not content. Hopefully ISIP will not blow me off due to a couple errors. Scott
