Thank you, you are correct. Shanghai is surrounded by Jiangsu province but is not part of Jiangsu. I was told Shanghai is a special city, very much like Washington D.C., and it was the largest city in China in the 1920s~1940s. However, Hong Kong became the center of business during the last 50 years. After the Hong Kong returning to China in 1997, Shanghai has the potential to overtaken Hong Kong to become the number 1 city of China. I am sure ESS is doing good marketing work in Shanghai. Steve
