Yes, I've checked out the Libertarian Party, and I found it lacking in many important ways. First, I think that there is a constructive role for an active government in solving many domestic problems, including but not limited to public school reform, environmental degradation, urban/suburban planning, health care (I favor a nationalized system such as Canada's).

For these reasons, I could never vote Libertarian unless the only other choice was to vote Republican.
