Pezz: I don't support people who advocate that abortionists should be killed. I also think abortion is a great evil but I think it is lunacy to have the federal government regulate such procedures. Personally, I'd either leave it alone entirely or maybe leave it up to the states. However, I find this latest judgment troubling from a 1st Amendment standpoint since there was no direct threat contained in the offending web page. It's a slippery slope we are on when this kind of restraint is countenanced by a court. JLA
