Peter:
From the "files", here's a quote from May, 1996 from Dataquest.

"Collapse Seen Unlikely" (title)

"Dataquest's principal Dram market analyst said continued strong growth in personal computer sales should support Dram prices throughout the year and lead to a normal Dram market in 1997."

"We think it's very unlikely that Dram prices will collapse", he said

Etc.

We all make mistakes, but these outfits make a career out of optimism. (g)

Best, Earlie

Peter, And you saw that chart in Electronic News showing how dead on accurate their estimates have been in the past? <G>
