Sounds like a useless toy like them shoes
that "blink" when you walk <g>

Well its not that useless but its not earth shattering either. I have one. Not from Notify but about two years ago I was given a business plan, an opportunity to invest, and a working gizmo. The engineer who was trying to get funded had positioned it for telco voice mail and couldn't get money. He didn't know he could call it internet anything and it would be worth a fortune.

THe device I have is about 1 inch cube with a single red LED. It plugs in just like an extension and it blinks when I have PacBell voicemail. The engineer had a patent on part of the design. He was able to make it batteryless. Notice all the Notify units have batteries. The device actually sucks power from the phone company to charge a capacitor and run the LED. It meets minimun load requirements and passed all telco tests. My device is called WaveLite, pat pending.
