Mr. Reece,
".......If you choose to ignore an additional path of diligence, that is your
prerogative. After all, it is your money you are entrusting to the
credibility of management....."

You mean like the shareholders of GRNO who read your newsletter and read your posts
on S.I. hyping GRNO, the very same investors you never disclosed you were a Limited
partner accepting securities as compensation, computer upgrades, paid trips? I am not the
company Mr. Reece, I am a shareholder, not a paid promoter, like you were sir at GRNO.
I am happy with my diligence. With all respect, it appears that you are the one clueless
about every aspect of AZNT. Yet you pontificate and speculate on this interest while at
the same time you are being sued by the SEC for the very things you so eloquently point
out here.

Good Day

I think you have forgotten, Sherwood (SEC) has been here through the whole deal, including the hearing. He has followed this a hell of a lot closer than the SHILL gang has.

Sherwood Cook is currently in private practice. He doesn't work for the SEC. If he did, drawing up that subscription agreement for AZNT last March would have been a conflict of interest. Obviously.
