Yes RON, we in South Florida along with our chambers of commerce have a very pleasant story to tell in regards to our climate. The downside of course is global warming, if the next decade is anything like the '80s and '90s the governments of Georgia will be fighting over who owns their newfound ocean frontage. With a state like Florida where most of the land is about 12 feet above sea level it will not take much more of this warm winter weather to make our oceanfront and golf Coast homes hiding places for the fish . That isn't the story you will hear from our chambers. And I am sure I am one of many that hopes it never happens. I saw a statisticlast week suggesting that Florida will soon become the fourth most populated state, just can't wait for that our traffic is all ready getting to be like it is in some areas in California.
