Innovative Holdings Teams Up With The Pep Boys
Indy Racing League To Introduce Technology That Will Revolutionize
Viewing Motorsports On TV And The Internet

WINTER PARK, Fla., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovative Holdings & Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IHTL -
news), has announced that along with its wholly owned subsidiary, Biocam Company, Inc., it has entered into an exclusive,
four-year agreement with the Pep Boys (NYSE: PBY - news) Indy Racing League (IRL), and the Indianapolis Motor
Speedway Corporation, to bring the Company's revolutionary new Extreme Telemetry (X/T) System information technology
that will deliver the Indy Racing experience to network and cable television audiences and the Internet.

''We are pleased that the IRL will be the first to bring Biocam's new X/T System to the fast-growing world of motor sports,''
said Helmut Wyzisk, President & CEO of Innovative Holdings & Technologies, Inc. ''We will provide TV, cable and Internet
audiences with information and insight that is unprecedented in the world of sports. Biocam's new X/T System information will
be seen through the TV in-car camera view, displaying ''real-time'' data, comprised of critical, second-by-second, mechanical
and physiological data describing the performance of both the car and the driver.

''On the Internet, viewers will be able to access this data via a one-of-a-kind, fully interactive experience that will allow them to
interface directly with a continuous stream of information,'' Mr. Wyzisk added. ''Internet users will literally be able to 'ride
along' with some of the greatest drivers in this world, seeing and feeling exactly what the car and the driver are experiencing,
including lap position and speed, steering wheel grip pressure, respiration rate, body temperature, gear position and G-force.''

A number of the X/T System data feeds will be debuted at the 1999 TransWorld Diversified Services Indy 200® at the Walt
Disney World® Speedway IRL race on January 24. Fans will be able to see the complete system during the ''crown jewel'' of
motor sports racing, beginning with the Indianapolis 500 in late May, 1999.

Along with the exclusive designation as the ''Official Telemetry Provider to Broadcast Television and the Internet for the Pep
Boys Indy Racing League,'' this agreement also recognizes IHTL/Biocam's ongoing and exclusive designation as the ''Official
Supplier of Data Radios to the Pep Boys Indy Racing League.''

The Pep Boys Indy Racing League will feature 11 races in 1999, including the Indianapolis 500, the centerpiece of its annual
schedule. The IRL features open wheel Indy cars that race on America's premier oval tracks, often reaching speeds in excess
of 230 MPH.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway Corporation owns and operates the Indianapolis Motor Speedway which hosts the Indianapolis
500, the NASCAR Brickyard 400 and will present the Formula 1 US Grand Prix in the year 2000.

Innovative Holdings & Technologies, Inc. identifies, acquires and incubates early stage niche technology companies with
outstanding growth potential. The company is currently developing an interactive sports Internet network that will feature a
variety of sports venues showcased in an event-based format. This new global Internet network, which will include the Indy
Racing League Schedule is scheduled to debut in Spring, 1999.
