George - This is what we were told at the annual meeting last month:
EDIG has an agreement with Intel to develop a digital voice recorder with 1)text-to-speech capability and vice versa 2)speech recognition 3)ability to download speech to PC. EDIG will build 100 prototypes which Intel will use to show to licensees. This project is to be completed by fall, 1999.

i spoke with Robert Putnum about the stock's price. he feels the stock is very undervalued, especially when they recently signed a major deal. they will be coming out with news in the near future. this is a great opportunity for all of us to make a tremendous amount of money. the impresion i got from him the stock should be over a 1.00. great technology!
