Well ... I agree....

8 cents a share would be way too much for a shell. I got one shell I keep an eye on that is good and clean....with OS shares around 1.2 million plus prefered's --fully diluted 2.5 million common...no debt...that trade for less than that.

From experience I can tell you that penny players usually prefer the mystique of the "unknown." Let's face it, if a company is fully reporting and all the cards are on the table...and you got a phone #, etc, etc, .... how you gonna get a good rumor going ;)
