From the Macon Telegraph, January 29th. Tanner's Original Rotisserie Grill on Zebulon Road should be opening again soon. The restaurant closed when the main office in Atlanta asked franchisees to remodel to make the bar areas of their restaurants more prominent. The Tanner's in Macon also needed to redesign its front entrance. A second door is being added to reduce wind in the entry way. "It should look very nice when it's done," Ramsbottom said. "I don't know that the bar will be any bigger or have more seating capacity, but it will be much more visible." The remodeling was done now so it would be complete in time for the new movie theater opening across the street this spring. The restaurant should be open within the next two weeks.
