Frank, Are you suggesting that @home is not totally tied to the directions of T? That they may make their own connections (obviously under the watch of T) which would put them into areas outside of Ts domain. If they don't my worry is that they become a central figure in the bandwidth explosion but will not benefit because of siphoned revenues. JimB
