go to www.fastquotes.com for a free service they have premarket delayed 15 minutes.. goto the site than choose live charts then select free charts with or without firewall..java will load.. then type your ticker and hit enter..

Don't forget to look at the BID, because the LAST is not updated before market opens.

EDIT: what's below is ok with nyse and nasdaq, but not with OTCBB stocks...
Or even better, on datek's streamer streamer.datek.com (but you will have to open an account with them; although it does not require you to deposit cash or securities; very nice streaming quotes)
