I bought a few shares in this stock 10 months ago on the recommendation of a newsletter at 9 3/8. It has been down since then but I have held on in anticipation of the recent news releases. The newsletter is still recommending it as a possible takeover candidate. I don't believe the recent postings are a P & D. You can it check out at www.altairint.com. Let me know what you think.

For the really paranoid among us, notice the latest PR's were released pretty close to 30 days after the tax-loss selling at the end of the year. Management certainly doesn't want to risk wasting good PR on a bunch of suckers...er, investors that are "locked out" or just unwilling to buy more due to wash sale restrictions.

This may explain why the first PR in January mentioning the mineral tonnage doubled was such a non-event.
