gpg--You obviously know what you're doing. I heard enough stories about Crowell during my long tenure with Elco that I am skeptical of the companies future as long as he's at the helm; the one that pushed me over the edge was how he uses a red pencil to correct grammatical mistakes of his subordinates, and then gives the memos back to them for correction. It also pissed me off that he sought (and received, if my memory serves) a bonus after he'd driven the company into the ground, and after he'd predicted 50 cents EPS last year... I will admit that they have a pretty thriving UK presence, and that maybe that will help them turn the company around. Anyway, good luck.
