Notes from Nachio interview.... with major paraphrasing.

Haynes: Beat estimates by a penny. All cylinders appear to be go. How's the network coming?

Nachio: Network at "?" state of completion. (Specified miles)

Haynes: You're not alone in building out fiber networks. A lot of other capacity coming on line in next few years. Comment on excess capacity?

Nachio: Demand will grow to fill the capacity.

Faber: Confirm demand expectations.

Nachio: Demand hard to fill now, and expect same going forward.

Nachio: Announced new gov contract. We are sole provider for Treasury.

Faber: See any consolidation among competitors? Will you be a player.

Nachio: Some natural consolidation. We did 4 last year. Expect continued consolidation.

Guest: How will you be able to stay independent in time of consolidation?

Nachio: Not out focus. We are focused on growth. There are big players out there that could find us attractive. Could happen - we're taking care of business, and will look at any deal that is beneficial to the shareholders.

It was a nice touchy feely interview. Nachio came across as quite confident. No negatives whatsoever.
