YZ, I have surfed through that site- but I sure didn't see any details on how they arrive at CPI figures. It reads like an Alan Greensnot speech.

Yep, we used to argue about this coming CPI change over on Prodigy, with most agreeing that the government will tend to make new moves that make themselves look good, no matter if the new method is accurate or really an improvement over the old one. Yogi
