One concern I have is that the warrants may not be exercised in April.

They were counting on that money to help fund the fuel cell program. I hope they are able to leverage press about the new prototype to get some interest in their stock.

They could always do another financing, but it is a much more expensive way to raise cash.

The commericalization of the German technology is a big advance. It is one thing to build a lab model and another to build a commercial prototype using cost effective parts and materials that can withstand the high temperatures.

Commercialization means revenue - that is a big deal.
