Well is everyone nervous again? It is interesting to watch SHWD push this stock around. For the last 4 days they have been camped on the offer and when some selling comes in they just keep lowering their offer. Our buyer doesn't have enough stock yet and now his trader (s) are taking advantage of the weak market conditions and the uncertainty going into the earnings release to get the stock cheaper.

Time to take some.

Ken,, do you know the date of earnings release? I heard it was suppose to be this week? Sorry if it's already been posted I haven't read all past posts. I guess everyone knows Corky has a home in Ga. and that a few engineers have been offered jobs in Ga.(I believe to work close with SFA) and a few are leaving Fl. and moving to Ga... My guess is CCUR is digging in with SFA and SFA is digging in with TW. I think CCUR's VOD division will ultimately end up in Ga. Best to All............JoeW

Warning: The following opinion is pure speculation. Raymond James initiated coverage of SFA today with a buy rating. This is interesting in that it is a widely known and respected brokerage for picking small cap stocks. They are also based in Florida. This is exactly the type of company that I would like to see pick up coverage of CCUR. They don't require an investment banking relationship to cover a stock and the warrent deal with SFA may gain their interest in the company. One reccomendation by a Raymond James would send our stock moving. On the other hand, the respectable firms that cover SEAC are in the process of revising their earnings for 1999 to loss numbers from gains. It is only a matter of time folks.
