rumors....man,I hate rumors

I have felt strongly that the tape action thu,fri and mon smacked of a 'story' stock, not an earnings run.Yet,there are nothing but rumors.Whatever is behind it,IF ANYTHING,it would have to be considered generally favorable to the stock given the tape action (20 points up on greater than double volume in three days)imho.

IMHO, the last couple of times Dell approached it's earnings report some "EXPERT" released information which later turned out to be VERY BOGUS. Which reminds me, has anyone heard how Pfeiffer and his announcement (the day before Dells last earnings report) about how they were going after Dells direct order platform was doing?

Since Dell stays VERY tight lipped during this time period I see anything of this potential magnitude as simply rumor fodder.

Hang in there!

P.S. Depending what comes out relative to those two items from your newsletter, I would give serious consideration as to how reliable they are in the future.

For what it's worth my input is that #1 could happen --MMMMAAAAABE--and #2 about IBM is rediculous-even (if you reversed it)! MD would never buy a dynosaur like IBM.
