Sig, It's usually said that there are two tech stocks in DOW, IBM and HWP. Not a great representation, but there you are. Why is AMZN a tech and not GE? In my mind, GE is the 3rd DOW tech. Regards, TK

<--OT-->Sig in case you are interested also check out NDB (National Discount Broker),heard Paul Kangas mentioning it as a take over candidate couple of times.Even otherwise it can stand its own merit with any takeover as you know online trading is is surging by the day and a lot of big wall street firms are scared on account of losing out on the retail business so they will start their own online sites or more likely buy some one out,easier that way besides they get a hefty number of new customers along with the infrastructure.I would think starting an online service is kinda time consuming.I think Merrill Lynch and others are possible candidates for this sort of action and you know those people got money. Anyway I am not recommending it as you know as I have no idea what lies ahead. What do I know I think I am turning into a hyper-coffee-drinking trader like Venkie so blame it on him. BTW no trading on Dell that is the anchor that makes this crazy pursuit of mine possible. Anyway thought I let you know, I picked up some also this morning,hope I don't lose my a$#s.<g> PS:You bet we are going to have one heck of an year,I am tellingya.
