Last time we saw a drop like this was back in Oct/Nov 97 when we saw it drop from 54 down to 40ish. The news then was the inventory problems with USR resulting in high channel inventories. Perhaps Wall St. is expecting a pre-announcement of weak earnings. Was there some kind of analyst meeting in the last couple of days where mgmt lowered the bar on expectations or some other info to guide investors? This drop makes me particularly concearned because of similarities to late 97. Regards, Jeff
