... add to this the fact that ACE/Server and SecurID Token are aging products as the world evolves to PKI and the fact that initial release of Keon is nothing more than than a dusted off version of BoKs Desktop and "shame on me".

TD,I'd say the answer to the first question is 'NO'. The second and third questions are open-ended, so the possibility exists, but at present is, at best, a work in progress. Perhaps a change in management should be considered, but I have a feeling that nothing is going to happen in the near term.... although there is to be a $5-$7mm charge in this quarter for 'restructuring'.
