OEM deal with Ericy; 3G will break the stock out. The disinformation campaign from Ericy would cease.

<What's it going to take to break through?>

I think the stock is setting up a breakout as we speak. Today, tomorrow, next week. Who knows?

The catalysts are there - OEM deals are flying, new ones are about to be announced, Pegaso should be shipping again, handsets in Brazil, infra to Russia is shipping again, USW infra, WLL in Brazil with Bell Canada, 5G ASICS, Thin Phones, Sprint is kicking tail, ATI is doing well, 3G convergence is around the corner.

To be honest, I'm a little surprised that any layoffs were made, but anything to reduce the cost of that division is fine by me. How many permanent positions will be lost - 500? 250 will be moved to other areas.

When is the last time the company had a stock split - Feb 1994? There are onl 70 million shares outstanding. How about a 2 for 1 after the allusive OEM deal is announced or after the March quarter results?

Any or all of these factors are working for us right now. It would be nice to see some contract wins in the near future too.
