Clearer yet. GE Capital, a subsidiary of GE, now owns The Signature Group. Go to the web site of GE Capital and see if you think they are extensive enough to use TSIG for other purposes.

The Signature Group is no longer in danger of being drained to support a bankrupt company. I don't think GE drains it's companies.
