I assume that the $1,000,000 lottery prize mentioned, when paid out will carry the usual 4% fee to Winners.

probablu not. as prizes are single large transactions, they usually represent a fixed fee for the transaction and not a percentage as would happen in an individual account.

Ed,

I think you are right about the license fees. Actually, a one time fee of $50,000 isn't that bad considering how much Winner's will receive in the long run.

It also appears that the market has yet to grasp the importance of this new avenue for revenues. That's O.K. though, I can wait.
