Tim Luke raised his increased the 12-month price target to $125 from $115 on Cisco Systems Inc.
Ya gotta love the way these analyst's stick their necks out. Predicts a 15-point increase in Cisco over the next 12 months. They probably pay this jerk 150K per year to do this!
