Yes, I'm currently waiting for my password from Greenline, I don't know why they can't email it, instead of snail mail.. I will then be transferring my accounts out of CIBC, everything, not only investment. It was a real eye opener when they took twenty minutes last week to fill a market order for me. Its a good thing I don't have a heart condition, because it was the longest twenty minutes of my life. I felt really lucky I only lost a little money. When I complained, all they did was whine about what a busy time it was for them on market opening and I should submit my order at least an hour before market opening if I want it filled at the open..Huh Ridiculous... I sent a letter of complaint to the head complaint receiver in Toronto, I won't hold my breath on getting any action there either. ze gyp
