I've been doing some DD.

I've talked to 4 people.

1. Debbie at HGRM. She said they have been working on this for over a year. Payments are 'guaranteed by US Banks', but didn't know what bank. She says the intention is to put out additional press released to clarify issues for shareholders. She said HGRM owns half of the Spetsznak company, which addresses possibly the concern regarding duplication in the next item. She also said they have been working on this for over a year and that she herself had been to (Mosow?). She said the govt of Russia will be announcing all of this to the public. She also mentioned the Broward Daily business and Miami Herald may be writing on the news short term. She said that ANB and Applied Holographics, and 3M all had bid on the contract.

2. A person in the hologram area, who has a website. He expressed suspicion. He knows of Kevin but is not familiar with the contract. He said that in the past a foreign company would buy one of the hardware and strip it down and duplicate it and make the holos themselves. He also said the magnitude of the dollars way surpasses those of even the biggest in the business, and couldn't see how a small outfit can do this and get paid. However, he verified that 2-3 cents per holo is reasonable.

3. The business contact at the Miami Herald. He said at this point he is unaware of the news.

4. An executive at ANB. He was not very willing to discuss it, but confirmed that he was aware of the contract, and (I think) that they did bid on it.

That's it. I'm still digging. Ted
