Paul, this is different than the Siemens Microelectronics Inc. deal AWRE has for the CARMEL DSP...or maybe I should say it's the same thing, but only different <g>. Siemens' Information and Communication Networks group, a worldwide leader in end-to-end solutions for voice, data and mobile communication networks and a group division of Siemens AG Berlin, Munich, Germany. The reason I point that out is that I understood Siemens had some type of plan to spin-off the chip portion of their business...or something like that.
