Related to locations: One key decision that TAVA may need to make in the near future is whether or not to stay a North American company only...in order to service many of the key accounts they are targeting, it will be required to have "native" resources (language and other issues) located in other parts of the world. This could be accomplished via partnerships, acquistion, or greenfielding new offices...but needs to be done somehow to give TAVA a "global feel" to it. BTW, I'm not referring to the Y2K-related partnerships they've made in other parts of the world, but rather, to their core business.
