Dear Karl: WOW, we've doubled in just a few posts. haha. Sorry just couldnt resist that!! The reason, in my judgement, besides the games being played, is that EXECUTION is the key. Being relatively new to all this high powered profitable growth TAVA and its management must prove to the investment community that it can execute its business plan. Thats likely the reason for the current DISCOUNT to true value. However, once the business plan is obviously in the process of succeeding (and I think that is becoming more and more evident after listening to the CC on Red Chip) it would not surprise me in the least that one of these days we are going to wake up and find TAVA gapping up very fast. Karl,

you wrote <<<If TAVA spends $50 million in cash over the next two years for acquisitions, then it should buy about $500 million in revenues. These will be in addition to the revenues from the core business. If TAVA brings 10% of $500 million in revenues to the pretax profits (and it should since it is paying cash), that's $50 million dollars on the acquired businesses, plus the profit from the core businesses. >>>>

Although this would be ideal. What is the likely hood that TAVA will be able to continue this acquisition rate? Also, what is the likelyhood that all deals will be at a 10:1 ratio?

Just curious?
