I have made about 15-20 trades a day for sometime through ETrash - no more - losing money like mad today due to yet another system failure --- will be switching all four accounts to other firms!

Shades of the AOL fiasco of last year?
Too much marketing without the capability to handle any increase in business load. Or could this be what "open architecture" is all about?
Reminds me of after a hurricane or tornado and you see those pictures of houses with no walls left standing...
