I do not know about C* at Sat 99. I am afraid that C* is not what we thought, and that it is being "de-emphasized" in the business plan. I am almost certain we will never see those 3 Ka-band sats. C's future is up in the air as far as I can tell. Maybe it folds into Orion and the Orion sats become the GEO portion of Skybridge. Who knows at this point. I will find out more about C in March. I saw that about DISH PC--I think he is confused with DirecPC. I have the Dish Network--no PC available.
