WINR Marketing Program Summary:

Marketing Partner: Tiss
Tiss operates over 100 up and running internet casino sites
Tiss provides investor partners with “turn-key built to order internet casinos and sportsbooks ”
Tiss has a contract to sign a minimum of 18 casinos / sportsbook sites with WINR during 1998 (the 7 stated below plus 11 more)

Tiss Agreement details:

For all TISS contracted sites, the $100,000 licensing fee is waived (in favor of a 2% transaction fee, see below)
From each TISS site WINR receives:
4% transaction processing fee for deposits
4% processing fee for withdrawals
2% fee to WINR per every gambling transaction within casino site

The seven below-listed casinos / sportsbooks sites commenced operations as of December 14, 1998

Active gaming
Wager TV
Nude gambling
Rock n Roll Casino

Marketing Partner: Atlantic Interbet, Casino & Sportsbook

AIB Agreement details:

For each AIB site, WINR receives a $100,000 annual licensing fee
For each AIB site WINR receives:
4% transaction processing fee for deposits
4% processing fee for withdrawals
1% (approximate) fee to WINR per every gambling transaction within site
AIB has a contract to sign-up 2 casinos / sportsbook sites with WINR during 1999 (the 1 mentioned below plus 1 more)

Commencement of WINR operations at first Interbet Site: January 22, 1999


Marketing Partner: Access World Management
(AWM is strictly a marketing company)

AWM Agreement details:

For each AWM contracted site, WINR receives a $50,000 annual licensing fee
From each AWM contracted site WINR receives:
4% transaction processing fee for deposits
4% processing fee for withdrawals
1% (approximate) fee to WINR per every gambling transaction within site
AWM has contract to sign-up 21 sites with WINR during 1999 (the 1 mentioned below plus 20 more)

Globalnet Incorporated (lottery) - Announced February 3rd 1999!

Marketing Partner: Vaudeville Holdings
Vaudeville: similar to Tiss, provides complete “built to order casinos and sportsbooks”
Vaudeville currently operates approx 20 internet casinos

Vaudeville Agreement details:

For each Vaud. site, WINR receives a $50,000 annual licensing fee
From each Vaud. site WINR receives:
4% transaction processing fee for deposits
4% processing fee for withdrawals
1% (approximte) fee to WINR per every gambling transaction within site
Vaudeville has contract to sign-up 10 total sites with WINR during 1999 (the 1 mentioned below plus 9 more)

Concluded contracts:

Sportbook client (announced signed on January 14 1999, client name: to be announced)

Vanguard: has exclusive rights to market WINR's payout and accounting system in Australia and New Zealand

4% processing fee for withdrawals

hey what is yourinsight on the down turn of winr you seem to ahve the touchon this baby we had more weak hands in here then we thought i am still holding long just looks like there needs to be some real pr to get this baby back up where it was a week ago
