I currently have several SEC requests on E*Trade after they
failed to report several trades to be cancelled out of my
account. In fact, all were intraday cancelled.
The next day I wake up and find out one of my trades
went through. Subsequently, I lost money because of this.
They refuse to make good on the trade saying
that "its the market makers", or "its market conditions"

Has anyone seen cases where you see trades appearing in your
account that you swear you never even placed?

Has anyone seen cases where you put in a market order and
30 minutes later you got screwed?

Has anyone seen cases where your confirmations are so delayed
that its useless? (in my case a one day wait! and e*trade
brokers say "its acceptable")

Has anyone frequently sat on the phone for over 45 minutes
to get to an E*Trade broker?

Bottom line: E*Trade SUCKS.
