Hello Bruce, I sure wish I understood the logic of the SEC. They do absolutely nothing to protect shareholders from the unscrupulous but hassle legit companies to death as they comply with their rules. It looks like they want us to move $$$ from one year to another due to the timing of the acquisitions. Where were all these questions when we submitted those docs in the first place? Duh.....All in all it looks like a wash as it appears to be just moving $$$ from one location on the books to another.......I hope you are correct in that this puts us one step closer to getting their approval for the merger.....
