BANY now at 0.64-0.70, the share agreement at the least is not helping things, and will probably help drive things down towards $0.50 soon.

Volume and price have been decreasing steadily for awhile now, and almost every trade (at least 2 to 1) is a sell. When the agreement shares are made available in March, there is little doubt they will be sold in short order, otherwise why wouldn't they just wait for the two years.

Does anyone know the timeframe for the two year constraint? If the got the shares in '96, would they already be released. If you read the BANY/AYIC agreement, BANY traded BANY shares for AYIC shares, which AYIC couldn't sell for sometime period (I think 2 years). Wouldn't it me ironic if AYIC wanted to sell their BANY shares now due to the runup of BANY's relationship with AYIC? Stranger things have, and do happen.

BTW, AnnieO, DLJ has not replaced my AYIC shares yet. Did you have to harass them, or did they just show up?

Hi brad,

I have never blamed BANY.

I am a loyal holder and fan of this company. I think it is one of the undiscovered "GEMS" in the market right now.

Thanks for your work with getting information.
